For properties located outside of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, real estate brokerage services are provided exclusively by a licensed local real estate professional affiliated with eXp Realty or another trusted brokerage, pursuant to a separate buyer representation agreement between you and that agent. Empyre Coast Consulting does not provide real estate brokerage services outside of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Real Estate Representation:
Buyer representation services—including property searches, private showings, offer preparation, negotiations, and transaction management—are provided separately by an ECC licensed REALTOR® in her capacity as a licensed real estate agent. These services are governed by a separate Buyer Representation Agreement and applicable New Hampshire and Massachusetts real estate licensing laws and are not governed by this Consulting Agreement.
